To keepe a moderation in our Dyet,
Is the chiefe meane, to be of health assured;
For nothing sickens so, as too much ryot:
And Feasts kill more, then Galen ever cured,
Nor is the Physicke, should so fully please us;
Others expell: but this prveens Diseases.
