Emily Elizabeth Dickinson (Эмили Дикинсон)

With a Flower

I hide myself within my flower,
That wearing on your breast,
You, unsuspecting, wear me too —
And angels know the rest.
I hide myself within my flower,
That, fading from your vase,
You, unsuspecting, feel for me
Almost a loneliness.

Emily Elizabeth Dickinson's other poems:
  1. Whether My Bark Went Down at Sea
  2. Belshazzar Had a Letter
  3. Mine
  4. Exclusion
  5. To Fight Aloud Is Very Brave
