Poem by Emily Elizabeth Dickinson

* * *

So has a Daisy vanished
From the fields today—
So  tiptoed many a slipper
To Paradise away—

Oozed so in crimson bubbles
Day's departing tide—
Blooming—tripping—flowing
Are ye then with God?
