Hypnos, God of Sleep

The shadowy boy of night
Crosses the dusking land;
He sows his poppy-seeds
With steady, gentle hand.

The shadowy boy of night
Young husbandman of dreams,
Garners his gracious blooms
By far and moonlit streams.
