A Hearer of a Sermon

“What bringeth thou from the sermon, Jack? Declare that!”
“Forsooth, master!” (quoth he), “your cloak and your hat.”
“I can thee good thank, Jack, for thou art yet sped
Of somewhat in thy hand, though nought in thy head.”
