Poem by Hilaire Belloc

On His Books

When I am dead, I hope it may be said:
“His sins were scarlet, but his books were read.”

1. Kings live in Palaces, and Pigs in sties
2. Franklin Hyde
3. Heretics All
4. The Dromedary
5. Hildebrand
